Do it from the comfort of your home - Covered by Medicare and Other Payers!
We want to set you up for success. You will receive a call from a member of our team to help you get started and ensure you have the required pulse oximeter and blood pressure monitor. Your initial appointment will be scheduled during this call.
Your first appointment is with a Respiratory Therapist who will go over your medical history with you and get to know you. You will work together on setting goals and developing your initial treatment plan.
During the program, you will have regular one-on-one check-ins with your respiratory therapist to track the progress of your rehab program.
Your exercise program will be led by a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who will guide you through the rehab program and work with you to help you regain your strength and endurance.
We offer a robust selection of educational topics that will be part of your rehab program.
We want to help build a community around you. Join our support group,
Breathing Better Together, to connect with others who share in your journey.
Led by our clinical team or by an expert in the field, we offer a wide array of seminars to ensure you are equipped to not just live with your chronic condition but to thrive.
